As a young boy, I would always watch as my grandfather started his BBQ pit and got it ready to cook all the great food that our family enjoyed during my early years.  My Grandfather ran a small café in a Rural local area where people came to get away from the stress of their day.  Once they tasted his BBQ, it was all smiles.  That is when I knew I wanted to make people smile and feed them great food especially BBQ and Catfish.  Over the years since, there has been a combination of family secrets along with new research that has led to the cooking tradition, spices and batter that is now what we want to share with everyone that wants to experience a great tasting food that they can’t get any where else.  We also support the cooking enthusiast that are looking for products to enhance their own cooking endeavors.
